Join us at iCongress 2024!
 
On behalf of the iCongress Staff, we would like to extend a personal invitation to you to promote your product, business, etc. at the 84th International Congress Youth and Christian Education Conference of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. (COOLJC) April 3-6, 2024 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel, 235 E. Main St., Norfolk, VA 23510. 
 
Exciting news to share! This year’s annual Leadership Seminar is also taking place prior to the International Congress at the same venue. This can be an opportunity for you to expand on your clientele base during the conference. The Leadership Seminar will be held April 2-3, 2024.  Per last year, we will be unable to have vendor space available until the start of the International Congress.

The total cost for a vendor table is $350.00 (for current members of COOLJC CHURCHES) and $450 (non-COOLJC members) per table.
 
All vendor tables must be reserved with a $150.00 non-refundable deposit by February 15 for COOLJC members and $250 for non-COOLJC and MUST be paid in full by March 15.
 
Once the payment is made in full, vendor tables will be issued on a first come-first served basis.

 

To make the $150.00 non-refundable deposit, you will click the “Donate/Sow” Tab on the icongress.org website. The balance will be completed through the “Donate/Sow” Tab as well if you pay the deposit first. If you pay your balance in full, you can go directly to the “Vendor Form” at icongress.org. Please don’t forget we still need a completed vendor form if you choose to do a deposit first. A gentle reminder that this is for Vendor Registrations only and not a conference registration. Access to conference events and functions are available through a paid conference registration. 

 

Vendors will receive:​

• 1 Skirted Table (6 feet long),

• 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket OR designated area wastebasket

• Acknowledgement of participation via online and/or print media/and at designated table 

 

NOTE: Carpet padding, electrical and internet services are not included in the vendor fee, but are available at an additional cost directly through the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel.
