We would like to extend a personal invitation to you to promote your product, business, etc. at the 80th International Congress Youth and Christian Education Conference of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. (COOLJC) April 15-18, 2020 in Columbia, SC.
The total cost for a vendor table is $350.00 (COOLJC affiliate) and $450 (Non-COOLJC affiliate) per table. All vendor tables must be reserved with a $150.00 non-refundable deposit and paid in full before Feb. 28, 2020. All vendor registration submitted after Feb. 28, 2020 is subject to a $50.00 late fee (totaling $400.00 per table for COOLJC table or $500 for non-COOLJC table). Once the payment is made in full, vendor tables will be issued on a first come-first served basis.
Vendors will receive:
1 Skirted Table (6 feet long), 2 chairs
1 copy of the Conference Guide
1 Booth Identification Sign/and or Placecard
Inclusion on advertisement
Carpet padding, electrical and internet services are not included in the vendor fee, but are available at an additional cost directly through the Doubletree hotel.
