We would like to extend a personal invitation to you to promote your product, business, etc. at the 83rd International Congress Youth and Christian Education Conference of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. (COOLJC) April 12-15, 2023 in Baltimore, MD.


The total cost for vendor table is $350.00 (for current members of COOLJC CHURCHES) and $450 (non-COOLJC members) per table. All vendor tables must be reserved with a $150.00 non-refundable deposit by February 16 for COOLJC members and $250 for non-COOLJC and MUST be paid in full by March 1. To pay your $150.00 non-refundable deposit click the “Donate/Sow” Tab on the website. All vendor table prices will increase by $50 on February 16. Once the payment is made in full, vendor tables will be issued on a first come-first served bases.


Vendors will receive:

  • 1 Skirted Table (6 feet long), 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket or designated area wastebasket 

  • Complimentary Vendor Welcome Packet 

  • 1 copy of the Conference Guide

  • 1 Booth Identification Sign/and or Placecard

  • Inclusion on advertisement


NOTE: Carpet padding, electrical and internet services are not included in the vendor fee, but are available at an additional cost directly through the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.
