ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

DEACON MARQUISE L. ROSE
22ND INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS PRESIDENT
President Marquise L. Rose has dedicated his life to the work of the Lord through service, leadership, and the advancement of God’s Kingdom. For more than two decades, he has faithfully combined his spiritual calling with professional excellence, serving in both the corporate world and within the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc.
As a servant-leader, President Rose currently serves his second term as President of the International Congress of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc., and formerly as Chief of Staff & Director of Logistics for the Congress. In these capacities, he has labored diligently to coordinate conferences, workshops, retreats, and seminars at the local, state, national, and international levels — always with the goal of edifying the saints and strengthening the body of Christ.
Rooted deeply in faith, Marquise was baptized in 1994 and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost. He continues a rich legacy of ministry established by his parents, Elder Jerry K. Rose and Sister LaSandra B. Rose, and his grandparents, who have faithfully served the Church for decades. His spiritual foundation has guided every step of his journey, ensuring that his service — whether in the church, the community, or the workplace — is done to the glory of God.
Beyond his work in ministry, President Rose has also been entrusted with influence in the marketplace, where he serves as President & CEO of Achievable Development Services, LLC (ADS, LLC), a transportation, engineering, and consulting firm based in Chesterfield, Virginia. With more than sixteen years of professional experience, he has managed multimillion-dollar projects and provided strategic solutions for organizations such as BrownGreer PLC, Diamedix LLC, the National Diabetic Center, Family Dollar Corporate Office, the Department of Homeland Security (FEMA), Duke Energy, and Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated Company. Most notably, he directed FEMA’s $300 million telecommunications networking system project, which strengthened national emergency response capabilities.
While blessed to achieve success in corporate arenas, President Rose’s true passion lies in building leaders and serving people of God. He is the founder of Transforming Intelligent Leaders of Tomorrow, Inc. (TILT), a nonprofit dedicated to preparing young people for higher education, career development, and spiritual leadership. Through this work, and as a sought-after motivational speaker, trainer, and mentor, he has impacted countless youth and organizations across the nation.
President Rose is academically accomplished, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Information Systems Engineering from Johnson C. Smith University, along with an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA). Yet, above all of his professional and academic achievements, he esteems his service to Christ and His Church as his greatest honor.
With a unique blend of spiritual conviction, corporate expertise, and nonprofit leadership, President Marquise L. Rose remains steadfast in his commitment to equipping leaders, strengthening communities, and advancing the mission of the Kingdom of God with excellence.
