Teens & Children | Special sessions for youth, access to general sessions, conference registration package, engaging teen’s and children’s program and activities. Non-refundable. |
Group | Register a group of 10 or more and receive a discounted percentage off. See below for more details. |

We encourage registration at this level if you are credentialed as a licensed COOLJC individual (Missionary, Deacon, Apostle, Bishop, etc.) and are a Local or Diocese International ABYPU and/or Sunday School leader.

Group Registration
If you would like to register a church or youth group, please complete the following instructions:

Please have each person’s name, age, and level of registration.

Download and complete the Group Registration document (click here to download) with the information gathered for your church or youth group.
Once completed, please send the completed Group Registration document to registrar@icongress.org.
Deadline for submissions will be February 15th, 2026.

Before You Register
Payment Options:
The International Congress accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; check or money order payments. Checks must be written to International COOLJC and received within 30 days of the registration date. After 30 days, registration(s) must be paid via credit card to avoid cancellation.
Conference Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
There will be no transferable registration to another conference attendee. No-shows or cancellations are not eligible for a credit or refund.
If the conference may be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters, registration fees will be refunded at 50 percent of the registration amount; however, the International Congress will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses.
Any delegates who are unable to attend the conference due to reasons related to COVID-19 can email registrar@icongress.org
Release Notification:
By attending this Conference, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the Convention, you consent to photography, audi`o recording, video recording of you, any minor children, and your property. Furthermore, you consent to its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for any purpose by COOLJC, its departments, divisions, offices, and representatives.
