MINSTER CHRIS BREEDEN 

 VICE PRESIDENT

Minister Christopher D. Breeden resides in the great state of South Carolina, in which he serves as Youth Pastor to Refuge Temple Church Southern Regional Headquarters of COOLJC. At a very young age, Minster Breeden started his journey working with the Youth Department  as the local ABYPU President, serving his local diocese, and on the national platform of COOLJC. With over 20 years of dedication to the young people, Minister Breeden stands firm on the word of God.

He is currently employed by the state of South Carolina with the title of Intervention Specialist. Christopher is licensed by the state of South Carolina and the Department of Mental Health as an MHS & BHA, also receiving a certificate of credit from Harvard University in Early Childhood Development.

Christopher works along with the Department of Social Service, Department of Juvenile Justice, and Circuit Solicitor’s Office daily providing therapeutic life skills as he interacts with teens from all walks of life. Being called by Christ, Minster Breeden is thrilled to continue to grow, learn, and serve within his community and COOLJC. Minster Breeden believes he is called to do the work and will perform it until the coming of Christ!

MISSIONARY BRENDA YOUNG

RECORDING SECRETARY

Missionary Brenda Young has attended every International Congress since 2008. She joined the COOLJC family as a member of Promise of Life Ministries in Illinois and has served in many areas at the local, diocese and international levels of the organization.

Currently, she serves as the International Congress Recording Secretary, and in this role, she has the overall responsibility of overseeing the minutes and managing records on behalf of the International Congress. Brenda is a support specialist for the COOLJC IT team and is the PR coordinator. She previously served two terms as International Congress Corresponding Secretary.

Brenda has been involved in church ministry from an early age. Inspired by her grandmother, who worked professionally and in ministry, she developed a passion for putting her hands to work in whatever she has been tasked to do. This resolve stuck with her through her time in the military and in college where she has earned a BA degree in Broadcast Journalism & English with a PR emphasis and a MA degree in Communications and Media and works professionally in the media industry.

SISTER RACHEL MCRAE

CORRESPONDING SECRETARY

Sister Rachel McRae is a native of New Jersey and currently resides in Pennsylvania. She serves under the leadership of Diocesan Bishop and pastor Bishop Vaughn McRae, Sr. and First Lady Mother Anna McRae. She was raised in COOLJC and her yearning to serve began at an early age. Being taught the essential duties of service from her leadership, she served in the roles of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary of her local and state ABYPU in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During her tenure in those roles, her service transitioned into a more administrative capacity as it aligned more with her professional endeavors and educational background. 

 

Currently, Rachel serves on the International Convention Committee and the Production Team for COOLJC. Educationally, she has a Bachelors of Art in Communications, Masters of Business Administration with a Marketing focus, and is halfway through her doctoral studies in Business. Professionally, she has worked in the capacity of a Publicist for over a decade in various industries, taught Reading/English Language Arts within the public school system of Philadelphia, and wears an entrepreneurial hat overseeing two businesses. She is also a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Pennsylvania. 

 

It is Rachel’s desire to bring her experience, knowledge, and skill set to her office as Corresponding Secretary of the International Congress.

SISTER DESHONDA MCRAE

TREASURER

Sister DeShonda McRae was elected as the Treasurer for the International Congress of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ in April 2023.

Sister DeShonda McRae was filled with the Holy Ghost on March 8, 1992 at the tender age of six years old. While living in Richmond, Virginia, she was a faithful local and diocese ABYPU president for over 10 years. At her local church, Refuge Apostolic Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she is the lead engineer on the media team and the call to worship leader. Internationally, she served as the chairwoman for the iABYPU elections in 2016 and 2022.

In 2009, Sister McRae received her Bachelors of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Masters in Science in Public Relations with a concentration in Leadership from Spring Arbor University in 2016. Professionally, Sis McRae has worked in the financial industry for over 14 years from assistant branch manager, reconciling bank ledgers, to making sure compliance and financial procedures are followed.

In 2020, she was joined in holy matrimony to Elder Vaughn McRae Jr. Sister McRae loves to serve God and his people lifting up the name of Jesus everywhere she goes.

MINISTER DIRK WALLACE

CHAPLAIN

Dirk A. Wallace is originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica and currently resides in the state of Rhode Island. He is a spiritual son of New Life COOLJC, under the leadership of Bishop Stephen R. Harper. Elder Wallace is a servant of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and has been preaching the glorious gospel since 2013. He was ordained as an Elder in the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. at the Centennial Holy Convocation in July 2019. Elder Wallace was born and raised in the apostolic tradition. He is the son of Minister and Jacqueline Wallace, who are dedicated members of the Grace and Glory United Pentecostal Church in Enfield, CT. Elder Wallace was baptized in the name of Jesus at the age of 10 and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost at the age of 14.

 

In 2008, Elder Wallace came to Rhode Island to attend Johnson and Wales University, where he later received a BS in Accounting in February 2012. He received an MBA with a concentration in Accounting in November 2013 and is currently a Financial Analyst and a Virtual CFO for non-profit organizations. On June 7th, 2014, Elder Wallace married his college sweetheart, Sister Wendy Wallace. This union has produced two children; Josiah Anthony Wallace, and Jaydah Annabelle Wallace. Elder Wallace is also a gifted musician and has served as the lead keyboardist for the New Life Church since 2008. Elder Wallace is also an adult Sunday school teacher and holds the position of Church Treasurer. 

 

Elder Wallace is passionate about the spiritual tenants of the faith and how to bridge the gap to see the kingdom of God advance for generations to come.

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS

DEACON JAVON GRAHAM

Deacon Javon Graham hails from the great state of New Jersey, where Apostle Fred Rubin is the Regional Apostle. He attends the Trenton Church of Christ under the pastorship of District Elder Willie Shy.

Deacon Graham was filled with the Precious Gift of the Holy Ghost in 2014. He currently serves as the ABYPU President for the Trenton Church Of Christ and has served in this capacity for the past 7 years. Deacon Graham has been a faithful member of his church for 23 years as He seeks to do the will of the Lord. Deacon Graham also served as the Metropolitan Diocese ABYPU Vice President and has served in this position for 4 years.

On a professional level, Deacon Graham works as a police officer in the state of New Jersey and he is dedicated to excellence both on a church and professional level. As Sergeant-At-Arms for the International Congress, Deacon Graham is devoted to helping plan a successful and uplifting iCongress.

He plans to execute the office of Sergeant-At-Arms to the best of his ability and insure a well organized and planned Congress, keeping Christ at the center and “adding thou to it.”  - Bishop R.C Lawson
