Minister Christopher Breeden is from Connecticut and has always had a passion for helping others, especially youth.  While in high school, he worked on the ABYPU local and diocese level with over 14 years on the International level. Chris is currently the Youth Pastor of Refuge Temple in Columbia, SC which he leads over 80 plus youth and 15 plus youth leaders. Chris works in the field of Mental Health, particularly with  youth from a variety of backgrounds since 2012.  He works to build therapeutic rapport with the children and/or youth he interacts with and strives to form meaningful and trusting relationships.  He aims to provide a constant source of support to everyone he works.  Christopher is licensed as an MHS & BHA under the State of SC.  As a young man called by God, he is thrilled to continue to grow, learn and serve within his community and COOLJC. Chris has the mind frame that with God all things are possible.




Victoria is a native from the great state of Virginia. She is a member of the City of Refuge Church in Sandston, VA. Victoria is the oldest daughter of Deacon Darryl & Sis. Angela Davis. She has one sister, Shala Davis who is the International ABYPU Sergeant-At-Arms. Victoria has been walking with the Lord since the age of 13. She was baptized at the age of 11.


Currently, Victoria serves as the Recording Secretary for the International Congress, Social Media Ambassador for the COOLJC Department of Social Justice, Vice-president of her local ABYPU department, President of the Virginia Northern Diocese ABYPU, a Women’s Council member and serves as the Media Director in her local church. In the community, Victoria impacts the lives of all ages within the community from social, educational, and kid friendly events. She believes the scripture Ecclesiastes 9:10 “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.”


Victoria received her BA degree in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law from Johnson C. Smith University located in Charlotte, NC and her Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. In the professional world, she is employed with County of Henrico local government as a management specialist in the County Manager’s office.




Brenda F. Young serves as International Corresponding Secretary, who lives in Chicago, Illinois and in this role has the responsibility of overseeing overall correspondence on behalf of the Congress.

Brenda has been involved in church ministry from an early age. Inspired by her grandmother, who worked professionally and in ministry, Brenda developed a passion for putting her hands to work in whatever she has been tasked to do. This resolve stuck with her through her time in the military and in college, where she earned her BA degree in Broadcast Journalism & English from the University of Mississippi. Recently, she received her MA degree in Communications & Media. 


Brenda has been an active member of Promise of Life Ministries (COOLJC) for 13 years, where she has served as Usher president, POLM board member, praise team member and church administrator. Additionally, she serves as the Illinois-Wisconsin Diocese ABYPU secretary and has previously held international corresponding secretarial roles for the IABYPU and ICongress.


Brenda, who is a licensed missionary for COOLJC, has a heart for today’s youth and it is her desire to help them discover their potential, develop their plan and help them to achieve it with purpose.




Seneca R. Alston, a deeply compassionate and honorable woman of God, is known for her “spirit of excellence” intellect and love for God’s people.  She is a licensed missionary and proud to be third generation COOLJC. As a child, Sister Alston grew up surrounded by strong church mothers and leaders who poured into her life, and as a result, today she stands firmly on the Apostle’s doctrine which was taught and preached by her spiritual father in the gospel, the late Bishop Rufus Hargrove. She received the gift of the Holy Ghost at age 22 and has been on the battlefield for 24 years.


Sister Alston is a native of the Louisburg, North Carolina. She currently attends Refuge Temple, under the leadership of Elder W. David Morton. The church is a part of the North Carolina Metropolitan Diocese. Currently, she serves Refuge Temple as Church Administrator, Treasurer & Financial Secretary, and President of the Pastor’s Aide Ministry.   


Throughout the years, Sister Alston has been blessed with the opportunity to serve the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in different capacities at the local, diocesan and international levels. Currently, she serves as the International Congress Treasurer. She formerly served as Recording Secretary for both the ABYPU and ISSA.


Sister Alston received her education of higher learning from Louisburg College and the W.L. Bonner Bible College.  Professionally, she is a Financial Analyst with one of North Carolina’s most prominent financial institutions where she has been employed for over 25 years.




Desmond J. Crawley is a native of Brooklyn, NY and currently resides in Chesterfield, VA. Desmond was ordained an Elder in the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc., at the 99th Holy Convocation in July 2018.


Elder Crawley serves as the Assistant Pastor at Calvary Outreach Revival Center located in Petersburg, VA under the senior leadership of District-Elder Irving S. & Lady Stephanie Taylor. In addition, Elder Crawley serves as the Youth Pastor to the Virginia Eastern Diocese under the senior leadership of Bishop Thomas & Lady Cathy Holmes.


Elder Crawley holds a BS Degree in Psychology from Virginia State University and a Masters of Divinity Degree from The Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.  Elder Crawley is the husband of Sis. Alena Crawley and the father to their amazing twins Nathan Lewis and Naomi Lynn Crawley. Elder Crawley truly loves the Lord and loves to do the work of the Lord. 




Brother Javon Graham hails from the great state of New Jersey where the regional Apostle is Apostle Fred Rubin (Region III). He attends the Trenton Church of Christ under the Pastorship of Bishop Gerald A Beals Sr.


Brother Graham was filled with the Precious Gift of the Holy Ghost in 2014. He currently serves as the ABYPU President for the Trenton Church Of Christ and has served in this capacity for the last two years. Brother Graham has been a faithful member of his church for 19 years as He seeks to do the will of the Lord. Brother Graham also serves as the Metropolitan Diocese ABYPU Vice President and has served in this position for 2 years where the Diocesan Bishop is Bishop Gerald A Beals Sr.


Brother Graham also serves as an assistant with the media and marketing team for the IABYPU under the leadership of Elder Mark Parrot II and he has served for one year so far. On a professional level,!! Brother Graham works as a Marketing Consultant and he is dedicated to excellence both on a church level and professional level. As Sergeant-At-Arms for the International Congress Brother Graham is devoted to helping plan a successful and uplifting iCongress.


He plans to execute the office of Sergeant-At-Arms to the best of his ability and to insure a well organized and planned Congress, keeping Christ at the center and “Adding thou to it” -Bishop R.C Lawson
