General

  • What is iCongress?

    • The International Congress (iCongress) is designed to provide a collaborative structure for coordinating and administrating the joint Sunday School and Armour Bearers Young People Union (ABYPU) programs and activities. The congress provides training for current and potential leaders and develops the whole person, enhancing Christian fellowship and commitment to Christ. All members of the Sunday School and ABYPU are members of the International Congress and work together to achieve the mission of the International Church (COOLJC).

  • Where is iCongress 2024?

    • iCongress 2024 will be held in Norfolk, Virginia. All sessions and services will be held at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel, 235 E Main St, Norfolk, VA 23510

  • ​What are the dates of iCongress 2024?

    • April 3 – 6, 2024

​

  • When do I register?

    • Early Registration: December 1, 2023 – February 15, 2024

    • Online Registration: February 16, 2024 – March 6, 2024

    • Onsite Registration: April 3, 2024

  • Is there an age limit for iCongress?

    • There is no age limit or restrictions. All ages are welcome.

  • What is the iCongress Schedule?

    • Stay tuned for upcoming updates on the icongress.org website.

Exhibitor Information

  • How to become a vendor at iCongress?

    • Vendor are welcome to showcase their products and services to COOLJC delegates. For more information, please email info@icongress.org.

Will day passes be offered?

  • iCongress is a registered conference, meaning all activities and events are for registered delegates.

​

  • What’s the process for registering church or youth groups?

    • When registering a church or youth group, please have each person’s name, age, and level of registration complete. Download the Group Registration document to assist in collecting this information from each church and group member. Once completed, send the completed registration document to registrar@icongress.org.

  • When registering my group for iCongress, do I need to submit a name for each person I register?

    • Yes. You will purchase the number of registrations required for your groups, and names need to be recorded along with their email address. Each attendee will receive the email confirmation necessary for checking in.

  • After I register, when do I receive my registration packet?

    • You will receive your registration packet at the registration desk when registration is complete and paid in full. The location will be determined at a later date.

​

  • Do I have to register my child?

    • Children 3 and under are free; Ages 4 and above must pay the complete registration based on the attendee's age.

Payment Options: 

The International Congress accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; check or money order payments. Checks must be written to International COOLJC and received within 30 days of the registration date. After 30 days, registration(s) must be paid via credit card to avoid cancellation. 

 

Conference Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy:

There will be no transferable registration to another conference attendee. No-shows or cancellations are not eligible for a credit or refund. 

 

If the conference may be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters, registration fees will be refunded at 50 percent of the registration amount; however, the International Congress will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses.

 

Any delegates who are unable to attend the conference due to reasons related to COVID-19 can email registrar@icongress.org
