ELDER EDWARD FIELDS
VICE PRESIDENT
Pastor Edward “Busta” Fields is the Senior Pastor of Ambassador Seed of Love Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. An internationally recognized preacher, worship leader, musician, and recording artist, he is known for his passionate preaching and practical approach to biblical teaching. He serves as Vice President of the International Congress of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith (COOLJC) and is the founder of the “New Years Eve Fellowship Gathering. Pastor Fields is committed to developing leaders, strengthening the local church, and proclaiming the Gospel with authenticity, excellence, and purpose.
SISTER DESHONDA MCRAE
TREASURER
Sister DeShonda McRae was elected as the Treasurer for the International Congress of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ in April 2023.
Sister DeShonda McRae was filled with the Holy Ghost on March 8, 1992 at the tender age of six-years-old. While living in Richmond, Virginia, she was a faithful local and diocese ABYPU president for over 10 years. At her local church, Refuge Apostolic Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she is Lead Engineer on the media team and the call to worship leader. Internationally, she served as the chairwoman for the iABYPU elections in 2016 and 2022.
In 2009, Sister McRae received her Bachelors of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Masters in Science in Public Relations with a concentration in Leadership from Spring Arbor University in 2016. Professionally, Sister McRae has worked in the financial industry for over 14 years, from Assistant Branch Manager, reconciling bank ledgers, to making sure compliance and financial procedures are followed.
In 2020, she was joined in holy matrimony to Elder Vaughn McRae, Jr. Sister McRae loves to serve God and his people lifting up the name of Jesus everywhere she goes.

ELDER DIRK WALLACE
CHAPLAIN
Elder Dirk Wallace is a native of Montego Bay, Jamaica, and now resides in Rhode Island, where he faithfully serves as a devoted spiritual son of New Life Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ (COOLJC) under the leadership of Bishop Stephen R. Harper.
A second-generation Pentecostal and Apostolic believer, Elder Wallace was baptized in the name of Jesus at the age of 10 and received the gift of the Holy Ghost at 14. Embracing his call to ministry, he began preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ as a consecrated minister in 2013 and was ordained as an Elder in the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. during the Centennial Holy Convocation in July 2019.
In 2008, Elder Wallace moved to Rhode Island to attend Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2012, followed by an MBA with a concentration in accounting in 2013. He currently serves as the Assistant Director of Budget & Financial Planning for a higher education institution, while also providing financial leadership to nonprofit organizations as a Virtual CFO.
On June 7, 2014, he married his college sweetheart, Missionary Wendy Wallace. Together, they are blessed with two wonderful children: Josiah Anthony Wallace and Jaydah Annabelle Wallace.
Since 2008, Elder Wallace has faithfully served as the lead keyboardist at New Life Church. His ministry roles have grown to include Adult Sunday School Teacher, Church Treasurer, Senior Elder, and most recently, Chaplain of the International Congress. With a deep passion for the apostolic faith, Elder Wallace is committed to building bridges across generations, equipping believers, and advancing the Kingdom of God. Led by a servant’s heart, he continues to make a lasting impact for the glory of God.
SISTER KWASHIA JACOBS
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS
Kwashia Jacobs is a proud native of the Bronx, New York, and has faithfully attended Greater Refuge Temple NYC under the leadership of Apostle Charles Wright for the past 32 years. During that time, she has served in numerous ministry roles, with her current responsibilities including serving as an alto on the Praise Team and Treasurer of the ABYPU Department.
Kwashia's passion for serving God and His people was inspired by watching generations of her family faithfully serve in ministry. Their example shaped her commitment to serving with excellence, humility, and a heart devoted to Christ.
The Congress holds a special place in Kwashia's heart because it was there that she received the gift of the Holy Ghost 24 years ago. That life-changing experience continues to inspire her dedication to ministry and her desire to help others deepen their relationship with God.
Outside of ministry, Kwashia enjoys discovering new restaurants, coloring, watching documentaries, and adding a new pair of shoes to her collection.
As an ICongress leader, Kwashia's desire is to serve with a pure heart, honoring the Lord in every assignment. She hopes to inspire young people to serve faithfully, remembering that every act of service should be done unto the Lord. Her guiding principle is found in the timeless reminder: "Only what you do for Christ will last."
SISTER MONIQUE NICHOLSON
CORRESPONDING SECRETARY
Sister Monique Nicholson serves as the Corresponding Secretary for iCongress. With a professional background in customer relations, leadership, and administration, she brings strong communication and organizational skills to her service.
She has also served in various areas of ministry, supporting church leadership, events, hospitality, and community outreach. Sister Monique is passionate about serving others and advancing the mission of iCongress. She is honored to serve in this capacity and looks forward to working alongside the leadership and membership of the International Congress.
SISTER BRENDA YOUNG
RECORDING SECRETARY
Brenda Young has attended every International Congress since 2008. She joined the COOLJC family as a member of Promise of Life Ministries in Illinois and has served in many areas at the local, diocese and international levels of the organization.
Currently, she serves as the International Recording Secretary, and in this role has the overall responsibility of overseeing the minutes and managing records on behalf of the Congress. She is also a support staff member for the COOLJC IT team and commnications/website coordinator for COOLJC's East Africa Diocese.
Brenda has been involved in church ministry from an early age. Inspired by her grandmother, who worked professionally and in ministry, she developed a passion for putting her hands to work in whatever she has been tasked to do. This resolve stuck with her through her time in the military and in college where she has earned both a BA degree in Broadcast Journalism & English with a PR emphasis and a MA degree in Communications and Media and works professionally in the media industry.
